برنامج الدبلوم العالي في المتابعة والتقييم والمسائلة والتعلم (MEAL):

رؤية البرنامج:

•        يسعى هذا البرنامج إلى المساهمة في عالم أكثر عدلاً وإنصافًا من خلال تأهيل منتسبين قادرين على احداث التغيير وعلى ضمان أن تكون مبادرات التنمية شفافة و فعالة وخاضعة للمساءلة

رسالة البرنامج:

•        انتاج مهنيين قادرين على تصميم وتنفيذ وتحليل أبحاث ونظم المتابعة والتقييم والمسائلة والتعلم بالإضافة إلى تقديم مدخلات مهنية للمشروع والمؤسسة والتدخلات على مستوى الدولة بجميع قطاعاتها المختلفة.

أهداف البرنامج:

•        يهدف برنامج دبلوم عالي في المتابعة والتقييم والمسائلة والتعلم (MEAL:) "إلى تحقيق الأهداف التالية:

•        إجراء تقييمات الأثر على البرامج والمشاريع والسياسات في القطاعات التنموية المختلفة.

•        تصميم وتطوير نظم رصد ومتابعة وتقييم فعالة للبرامج والمشاريع.

•        إجراء الممسوحات والدراسات لتقويم وتصميم البرامج والمشاريع والسياسات التنموية. 

•        اكتساب المهارات اللازمة لجمع البيانات الكمية وتحليلها واستعراضها.

•        تطوير سياسات جلب التمويل وتحقيق الملائمة المالية والاستمرارية للمؤسسات والبرامج والمشاريع.

فرص عمل الخريج:

خريج البرنامج سيصبح لديه القدرة على دخول سوق العمل الفلسطيني والدولي المتقدم كـ "-

•        مهني ومختص مدير ومنسق المتبعة والتقييم والتعلم في المؤسسات الحكومية. -

•        مدير وحدة المتابعة والتقييم في المؤسسات الغير الحكومية الدولية والمحلية. -

•        منسق المتابعة والتقييم والتعلم في المشاريع التمويلية التنموية والإغاثية واستشاري في مجال المتابعة والتقييم والمسائلة والتعلم MEAL"" في جميع القطاعات والمنظمات الحكومية وغير الحكومية على المستوي المحلي والدولي.

شروط الالتحاق:

•        أن يكون المتقدم حاصلاً على شهادة البكالوريوس في أي تخصص.

•        ألا يقل تقدير الطالب في درجة البكالوريوس عن جيد أو ما يعادلها.

•        اجتياز المتقدم المقابلة الشخصية بنجاح. من قبل اللجنة المختصة وفق النظام المعتمد في عمادة الدراسات العليا.

عدد ساعات الخطة المعتمدة

•        30 ساعة معتمدة.

1. Introduction

The importance of the postgradute Diploma in Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning “MEAL” program stems from its scientific and professional added value to the Palestinian society in the fields of knowledge and experience for professionals working in the civil humanitarial and development sectors as one of the requirements of the advanced labor market in achieving governance, transparency and economic, social and political development. The programme covers the competency areas of understanding the components, concepts, and principles of MEAL and planning, designing, and implementing MEAL activities.

The program will contribute to refining the skills of the graduate with the knowledge, experience and ability to design projects in the humanitarian and development sectors, focus on developing and applying monitoring and evaluation systems for projects, conducting the necessary surveys and studies, and actively contributing to the sustainable development process, where MEAL is a growing area within humanitarian aid and development cooperation programs. MEAL includes tracking progress, tuning, and evaluating projects and program results.

The graduate of this program will be qualified to enter the Palestinian and international labor market in jobs such as MEAL consultant / officer / coordinator for development and humanitarian projects in local and international non-governmental organizations at the local and international levels.

2. Programme Core Objectives

1. To build the capabilities of graduates and practitioners through theoretical and practical experiences, and qualify them to design, implement and analyze MEAL systems.
2. To equip learners with the critical knowledge and skillset needed to design, monitor and evaluate projects and programs in local and international humanitarian and development contexts.

تشتمل الخطة الدراسية للدبلوم العالي على 30 ساعة تدريسية معتمدة موزعة على ثلاثة فصول دراسية خلال عام دراسي.
